The wholesale portal is a self-service platform for our retailers to control and manage their orders, invoices and shipping. Having access to your orders and invoices allows you to be more productive without having to wait for acknowledgements.
Retailers can send their orders via email @ firstname.lastname@example.org. Once received and entered you will receive an email acknowledgement letting you know your order has been placed.
Retailers can send their orders to their account manager for placement however it is not recommended. Should this be your preferred method please always remember to copy email@example.com so you will receive an order acknowledgement.
Resident is working hard to establish an EDI platform. Please check with your account manager to understand timing..
365 Night Trial
One of the best parts about choosing a Nectar mattress is the incredible year long trial period that starts the day your mattress is delivered to your door. We encourage our customers to take the first 30 days to get to know your new Nectar and for it to get to know you before returning. We do this because studies and customers agree that it takes about 30 days for your body to adjust to a new mattress and we want to give you that time to get used to our product before making a final decision on your sleep experience. This trial period is 3 times longer than most other trials we have seen in the industry.
1. For the first 10 years of ownership, we will replace your mattress with a brand new Nectar at absolutely no charge to you if defective in workmanship and materials. In years 10+ Nectar will completely repair and re-cover your Nectar, or replace your Nectar. All transportation charges will be waived if a manufacturing defect(s) or a materials failure is confirmed to exist.
2. Nectar also offers the “Choice Option” as part of our Forever WarrantyTM. If you are choosing the “Choice Option”, YOU KEEP YOUR ORIGINAL MATTRESS. At your choice, instead of us repairing or replacing your defective Nectar in years 10+, we will deliver a brand new Nectar mattress for 50% of the original price you paid.
3. Your mattress must be used on an appropriate base such as a platform bed or other suitable bed frame. 4. The warranty applies only as long as the original owner of the Nectar mattress owns the Nectar.
5. The warranty does not apply if mattress has been burned or otherwise abused, damaged, misused, or neglected. 6. In order to provide the most optimum sleeping surface the Nectar mattress contains only the finest quality materials. As with all premium sleep products, certain adaptations will take place as your mattress adjusts to your body shape. This is to be expected and is part of the performance of your mattress. Normal body impressions (not greater than 1.5”) are not defects and are not covered by the warranty. Excessive body impressions of greater than 1.5” are covered by the Forever Warranty until...Forever.
LIMITED WARRANTY TERMS:
Your new Nectar mattress is covered by a Limited Nectar Forever Warranty (the “Warranty”) for the full period of the original owner’s (“you”) ownership and use.
WHO IS COVERED
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser from the original purchase date of the Mattress and is non-transferable. The “original purchaser,” for the purposes of this Warranty, is the first purchaser of the Mattress from Nectar or a Nectar authorized retailer. Please retain a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase and owner.
If the original purchaser sells or otherwise relinquishes ownership of the mattress to another, this Warranty terminates and the subsequent owner accepts the product “as is” and “with all faults.”
Promotions (Retail, Online)
Resident Brands must remain agile with promotional offers and creativity. We will do our best to give you a 30-day change-notice but we cannot guarantee the timing of the change. Therefore, we will allow retail to have flexibility in their promotions offered during holidays. Please see below for the rules around the promotion and discounts offered for each product.

Manufacturing and country of origin
Resident Brands have multiple manufacturing plants located around the United States and other countries to be able to distribute for Direct to Consumer, Retail Customers and Drop Ship consumers for our retail partners.
Lead times will vary. We will ship your requested products as quickly and efficiently as possible usually within 7 days. We ask you to plan your inventory 2 – 3 weeks out in order to delight your customers without delays. Resident has found consumers will take their mattresses home with them over 50% of the time.
Due to the current logistical strain due to Covid-19, Resident has partnered with multiple logistic partners to offer multiple options. Today, we do not limit or have a set logistical partner. Unfortunately, this limits the ability to see tracking at this time, therefore we ask for you to plan your inventory 2 - 3 weeks out to delight your customers without delays.
On Hand Inventory vs Direct Ship
Retailers who have placed inventory in each store have a greater amount of conversions. Resident has found that over 50% of the consumers take their beds with them same day. We believe they will come back to your store to shop due to this convenient and simplistic gesture on behalf of the retailer.
Resident will drop ship to consumers on your behalf from time to time. Please note these deliveries can take up to 14 days due to the logistical strain of COVID-19. We recommend to limit drop ship orders by having on hand inventory to offer curb-side pickup and immediate satisfaction.
Tracking My Delivery
Due to the current logistical strain due to Covid-19, Resident has partnered with multiple logistic partners to offer multiple options which may limit tracking ability. Please plan for a 2- 3-week inventory level until further notice.
Drop shipment tracking during this time is currently unavailable.
LTL shipments at this time will have limited visibility of tracking. Please plan for a 2- 3-week inventory level until further notice.
Trailer load purchasing can be set for specific delivery dates and times.

Mattresses – If you try your mattress for 30 days and decide you don’t like it for any reason, you can return it within 365 days after.
Adjustable Bases – If you are not 100% satisfied with the adjustable base, you can return it for a full refund up to 50 days after your purchase.
Foundation/Headboard - If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return it for a full refund up to 50 days after your purchase.
Sheets - If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return it for a full refund up to 50 days after your purchase.
Protectors - If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return it for a full refund up to 50 days after your purchase.
Pillows- If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return it for a full refund up to 50 days after your purchase.
Weighted Blankets - If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return it for a full refund up to 50 days after your purchase.
DreamCloud Mattress 365 Trial Period – ON-LINE VERSION:
DreamCloud provides you with a full year, 365 nights to enjoy DreamCloud and decide if DreamCloud is right for you. Your 365 night trial begins 30 days after delivery of your new mattress. We do this because studies have found that it takes about 30 days for your body to adapt to a new mattress and we want to give you that time to get comfortable with your new DreamCloud before making a final decision. Once the first 30 days are up, your 365 night trial begins. If you decide for any reason during your 365 night trial period that DreamCloud is not your ideal mattress, a DreamCloud Sleep Concierge will work with you to get the item donated or otherwise disposed-of through local organizations within your community. Our risk free trial is 3 times longer than any other we have seen. Our finance customers also enjoy the benefits of our 365 night trial. Some exclusions apply.
