Grevin started his journey with Resident in January 2020. Since then he has increased Residents footprint in the Northwest region and built new relationships with retailers. Grevin also serves as the Resident Bilingual Account Manager for the United States, ensuring Spanish-speaking retailers get top-notch customer service while broadening Resident’s outreach.

 

Prior to Resident, Grevin worked as a Business Development Manager for West Creek Financial offering point-of-sale lease-to-own options for underserved customers. His work helped customers to purchase durable goods such as furniture, mattresses, and appliances.

 

The mattress industry is nothing new to Grevin; he started his retail career as a sales associate for Sleep Country in 2012. Due to Grevin’s high sales performance and ability to train and motivate his peers, he quickly rose to Area Manager in Seattle – overseeing one of the most profitable areas within the company.

 

Originally from Costa Rica, Grevin has a passion for customer service. After graduating with his Degree in Tourism Management, he worked as a tour guide for 8 years sharing his knowledge and love for nature with people from over 15 different countries.

 

This love for nature continues to this day. In his free time Grevin enjoys traveling to new places, birdwatching, hiking, and kayaking with his wife Ashlyn and dog Zoey.
