Retail Sales Operations

Jay Clark is in Retail Sales Operations at Resident. Jay began his professional career in the hospitality industry at a very young age.  He worked his way up in every facet of the industry.  After a 20 plus year career in hospitality, he made the switch to the mattress industry.  He began his career with Resident in 2021.  Jay has the ability to handle high stress situations while completing multiple tasks at once. While also having great people skills and a bright personality. 

  Jay was born and raised on a small tourist island in Rhode Island. He was immersed in the hospitality industry at a young age.  Growing up in a household of restaurateurs.  Customer service was a part of his life.  After traveling the world in his twenties, Jay settled on the island of Hilton Head South Carolina. 

   In addition to his passion for his work and people.  Jay is an avid golfer, loves to travel, and a big time foodie.
